All the breath work videos have different purposes. The goal is for you to learn them individually then you'll have an arsenal of amazing breath work at your disposal! How to practice! Watch the video. ONCE You've watched and learned the breath work, affirmations and energy work you can practice. Do your breath work + energy work 10x (10 breaths.) Then do your breath work and affirmations 10x (10 breaths) (say affirmations after breathing out). This makes a total of 20 breaths! Times when to do it? When you wake up, hydrate first. During lunchtimes. Do before eating. Before dinner or right before bed.
